The Massachusetts COVID-19 Intrapreneur Challenge is a business accelerator program that will activate, connect and focus Massachusetts companies as they pivot production capabilities to meet the emerging demands of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Intrapreneur Challenge compliments services provided by the State's Manufacturing-Emergency Response Team (M-ERT), led by the MassTech Collaborative in partnership with MassMEP and mobilize more companies to pivot operations towards products and services necessary to ensure health and safety during the pandemic and beyond.
Intrapreneur challenges spark the type of leadership, innovation, and creativity typically associated with nimble startups that allow established firms the agility to "innovate from within".
The Massachusetts COVID-19 Intrapreneur Challenge will be led by Lever, Inc. a startup accelerator and innovation network out of North Adams. Lever’s staff has pioneered the unique approach to supporting innovation at mature companies through intrapreneur challenges. Lever’s proprietary curriculum will help participating companies discover market opportunities by employing agile product development techniques and connecting with a deep network of mentors and industry experts.
