More than just housing, TechGeneration is a new state initiative providing a rich summer experience designed to make your internship count. You’ll live in the heart of Boston at a significantly reduced rate, removing the stress and reducing the cost of finding a place to live while gaining a built-in community of peers, friends, and future collaborators.
Outside of work, you’ll be immersed in the city by attending events, exploring Boston, and connecting with leaders across industries like robotics, fintech, and digital health. TechGeneration gives you a front-row seat to what it’s like to live and build your career in Massachusetts.
Each week, you’ll go beyond your day-to-day internship with exclusive programming led by leading universities such as Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Northeastern University and Boston University (BU). From career-building workshops and leadership sessions to hands-on experiences in AI, entrepreneurship, climate innovation and more, you will gain skills and insights that set you apart.

Eligibility
- Must be a college junior, senior or graduate student who is either a resident of Massachusetts or attends a school in Massachusetts
- Have an in-person or hybrid tech internship in Massachusetts
